Cancel Order:
A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made before shipment of the product. We will not be able to cancel orders which are already been shipped.
In case you want to cancel your order, you must contact our customer support team by writing us to care.dhanvika@gmail.com or by calling / WhatsApp - 9063577939 which operates 9am-6pm IST on 6 DAYS (Monday to Saturday). Below are FAQ’s
Refund:
In case of cancellation, we will initiate the refund process within 24-48 business hours and thus money will be credited to your account in 5 to 7 business days. For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account.
Exchange:
We go through multiple quality checks before shipping the products and we use highly durable packaging materials to package the product , however if still the product got damaged , Please call our customer care service immediately when you receive the product to possible resolutions including exchange with the same product if available, or refund /replacement in case of product unavailability. Please note that package opening video of the product is mandatory for claiming the exchange/refund.
