1) What are the delivery charges?

a. Dhanvika provides free shipping for all the domestic orders Rs 999 and above. , we charge Rs 58 for all the domestic orders below Rs 999 .

2) How Dhanvika Jewellers delivers their products to customers?

a. We deliver all the products with well reputed and trusted courier services like DTDC, BlueDart etc. In case if you see the package tampered while you receive, you may reject the courier at delivery time itself.

3) What is the estimated Delivery Time?

a. Please note that as soon as we receive the order we will package the product and handover it to the Courier service partner on the same day or next day, Mostly  all the orders will be delivered from 4 to 8 days, in rare cases it may get delayed beyond if the delivery partner is having any restrictions on transit and delivery on those areas due to any Covid restrictions or any other social/natural disorder issues and is fully responsibility of the delivery partner to deliver the product at the earliest. From Dhanvika's end we ensure we will handover the package to the delivery partners at the earliest..


4) Does Dhanvika Provides Rush Deliveries ?

5) What if the product got damaged during transit?

a. We package the product after doing multiple quality checks to ensure that we are shipping a very good product, however if package or items got damaged during the transit, Please reach our customer care number immediately for possible resolution.

Note : Package opening video of the product is mandatory for claiming the exchange/refund if the product is damaged during transit.


6) Are there any hidden costs ?

a. We will not charge any additional/hidden charges apart of the cost it is showing in the product Page. The product price includes GST as well.


7) Does Dhanvika Jewellers delivery internationally?

a. Sorry we are not shipping worldwide at this moment, very soon we will start.

 

8) How do I track my order ?

a. Once order is placed with us, we will share the shipment tracking details to you via Message / WhatsApp / e-mail within 24 hours.


9) Does Dhanvika Accepts Cash On Delivery?

a. No, Currently we are not accepting Cash On Delivery orders, we may start soon.
